Apartments Near CU Boulder

Your monthly installment payments for our CU Boulder off campus housing include your apartment. There is a flat fee for water/sewer, trash, gas/electric and internet. For more information, please contact Saga Boulder.

Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month and are considered late if received after 9 a.m. on the eighth (8th). You may make payments through the convenient online Resident Portal, or you can drop off a check at the Leasing Office.

Yes, we do accept portable tenant screening reports.

Prospective resident has the right to provide the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes. If the prospective resident provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from Charging the prospective resident a rental application fee; or charging the prospective resident a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
